Plumbing that never clocks out

“I had a toilet that seemed to be having trouble after the flush. You could hear a gurgling noise coming out of the tub drain next to it. Finally, this morning, water started coming out of the tub drain. I used a plunger but that just seemed to make it worse. The plumber I've used before went out of business but recommended Thomas. He said this guy is good and knows what he's doing and he'd be surprised if I didn't like him. I had water backing up coming out from under the toilet and was going everywhere so I needed to get something done quick. So I called him. This is Sunday after July 4th. He was here in an hour and that's coming to Katy from Cypress. He did his magic and found that I have a defect in my main line and flushable wipes are getting caught up creating a clog. Thomas did a fantastic job getting it figured out, cleaned out and cleaned up after, was super nice and explained it all, even a dummy would understand. I know I did. I usually do all my plumbing needs since I'm pretty handy but this was a job for the big dogs!!!”
